Your satisfaction with my products is of paramount importance to me! I pride myself in my ability to source unique and quality products, and I hope to earn your trust! Plus, I want you to like me (lol).
I do my darndest to take accurate measurements and clear (and sometimes funny 😉 ) product descriptions. I also showcase products on Live Videos. However, if for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase once it arrives (it happens, I get it!), you may return it within 30 days (you will pay to ship it back to me) for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges (in either direction) are not refundable. If you are returning an order in it’s entirety, there will be a 10% restocking fee.
If you receive a broken or damaged item, of course it will be replaced or refunded if the item is no longer available!
Bottom line is, please do not hesitate to reach out if you are dissatisfied (or if you are happy too!). I will work with you to make it right!
